Affective Management Training is oriented towards developing individuals in character strength and professional work ethic. In this program, there are 14 work-related skills modules to shape personal career competencies and hone skills as professional with hands-on practice and supervision from expert across various fields.

For the Human Resources Practitioner, make a better informed decisions about recruitment, promotion, or development opportunities by learning further about assessment center. It is a structured evaluation process targeting skills, competencies, and potential of job candidates or employees. In this training program, we will learn from simulation of group discussion, role play, interview, and how to design psychometric testing as well as real workplace situations for simulations.
